Come try out CrossFit Archangel for a week at no cost before signing up!

Learn the basics and foundations of the movements in classes taught by our outstanding coaches! When you first start our focus is on technique, safety, and range of movement! We will get to the skills, heavy weight, and back flips later ;)

Step 3


Talk with Michael or Alicia about your goals, your nutrition, your current and prior fitness experience.

Step 4


We sit down to talk about nutrition. Is your goal weight loss? We make that happen all the time! Check out our results page to see for yourself!
