CrossFit Kids aims to develop and improve physical fitness in children, all while keeping fitness FUN! CrossFit Kids develops a broad athletic foundation, to help ensure safety in future sports and athletics.
Creating healthy habits and attitudes toward exercise earlier in life lays the foundation for a healthy lifestyle
In CrossFit Kids we will be working on developing the foundational movements of CrossFit. Have fun learning the air squat, front squat, deadlift, thruster, presses, gymnastics, etc. Classes will be lead by a CrossFit Kids trainer, in a safe environment that values the uniqueness of each child and encourages individual growth.
Coach Alicia is our official CFA Superwoman. Mother of two little boys, CFA General Manager, Head Coach, and warm-up extraordinaire! Alicia loves children and does a fantastic job with the CFA Kids program. She keeps the CrossFit Kids programming fun, challenging, and as organzied as herding cats can possibly be!

I have a background in Psychology, mental health counseling, and child development, and I’ve found CrossFit as my way to apply this part of my education toward health and fitness for the next generation. I believe that the CrossFit Kids program and environment promotes personal empowerment, social and emotional development, communication skills, and overall self-esteem and self-efficacy for everyone involved. We can all agree that these are very important for our kids and young adults as they grow. My goal is to make every CrossFit Kid feel successful and recognized for their efforts and growth in all of these areas.
